You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Platform. However, by uploading or posting content, you grant MiCapsa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform solely for the purpose of creating a professional portfolio and engaging with potential employers.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design and software, are owned by MiCapsa or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as available." We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

MiCapsa and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv.
